Nutmeg Nostalgia began in Brooklyn in 2015, growing from Raquel Niles’ love of cooking, baking, Caribbean flavors, and the memories connected to food. What began as a creative outlet eventually became a business built around nourishment, culture, wellness, and connection. Today, Nutmeg Nostalgia is evolving into a Caribbean food, wellness, and heritage brand—bringing together culinary experiences, signature products, nutrition education, and the traditions that continue to inspire us.

From Florida to New York and, eventually, Grenada, the journey continues.
